ASSESSORS LIST OF PROPOSED VALUATIONS FISCAL YEAR 2022
The Middleton Board of Assessors has completed their quinquennial revaluation of all classes of Real and Personal Property for fiscal year 2022, as required by statute. Values are derived from an analysis of 2020 market data. Taxpayers are invited to inspect values for review and/or discuss changes in proposed values at the Assessors office, via e-mail, or phone.
