The Middleton Town Clerk’s Office is announcing that Early Voting by Mail for the (formerly May 19th) June 20th, 2020 Annual Town Election will begin immediately.

Real Estate Tax Bills: Reminder that real estate tax bills are due June 1, 2020. The Board of Selectmen adopted a 30 day grace period. No penalties, interest, or late charges will be assessed if the bill is paid in full by June 30, 2020.


Municipal Offices Reopening
Memorial Hall will reopen to the public under a limited schedule beginning Monday, June 1, 2020. Memorial Hall will be open from 9AM-1PM, Monday-Thursday. The number of visitors will be limited in order to protect staff and the public. Face coverings are required unless there is a medical reason and no one who has COVID symptoms or who has been exposed shall enter the building.We encourage residents to continue to transact business via the website at www.middletonma.gov.
Please use the Postal Service or drop box at Memorial Hall to remit payments, census forms, and other documents. 

The Inspectional Services Department Office will be reopening to the public by Appointment Only starting Monday, June 1, 2020. In addition to reopening by appointment only, the following safety measures have been put in place:

  • Only one person at a time will be allowed in the Inspectional Services Office
  • Masks are required at all times when in the Inspectional Services Office
  • Please do not visit if you or a household member has symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with someone that has  symptoms

All permits should still be applied for using our online system at Town of Middleton Permit Portal

Picking up of permits and dropping off of documents will continue to happen using the drop box outside the office.
