The Middleton Health Department continues our Vaccination Efforts in the Community. Currently we have some limited single dose J&J vaccines for "True Home-bound" individuals. If you know of any home-bound individuals in Middleton or are a home-bound individual, please email middletoncovid19@middletonma.gov or call (978) 777-1869 for more information. The Middleton Health Department will arrange (while supplies last) a home-bound visit by our Public Health Nurse for a vaccination.
