Monday, Weds & Thursday             8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesdays                                             8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday                                                   8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Stickers cost $125 for the first car in a household and $25 for subsequent cars.
An unexpired registration for each car is required for purchase.  The car must be registered in the Town of Middleton.  Proof of address change from the Registry of Motor Vehicles is required for new residents.
Mail in applications may also be completed and mailed to the Collectors office.  Please see link provided for instructions and application.Transfer Sticker Application Mail-in Customers
