COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for Middleton and Boxford Residents 75+ (Not for Companions or Caregivers Less than 75 years of age. That initiative is for the mass vaccination sites).
Location: American Legion, 69 River Street, Middleton MA 01949
When: Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
If you need help registering, please contact the Middleton Council on Aging at (978) 777-4067 on Wednesday or have a family member register for you. If you need assistance getting to the clinic, please let the Middleton Council on Aging know when you call.
Do not arrive early to the clinic. Vaccine is limited. No vaccinations will be provided without a pre-registration completed. Those attending the clinic unregistered, will not be able to receive the vaccination.
