Eligibility for FOURTH dose of the COVID-19 Vaccine The CDC approved additional booster doses (fourth doses for immunocompromised individuals over ages 12 who are moderately or severely immunocompromised AND for the general public over age 50. The FOURTH dose of the COVID-19 vaccine for immunocompromised people and people over 50 should be administered at least 4 months from the third dose of Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.
